关于全自动焊机接头的匹配应注意什么？

长期以来，焊接结构的传统设计原则基本上是强度设计。在实际的焊接结构中，焊缝与母材在强度上的配合关系有三种：

1、焊缝强度等于母材（等强匹配）。
1, the weld strength is equal to the parent material (equal strength matching).
2、焊缝强度超出母材（超强匹配，也叫高强匹配）。

3、焊缝强度低于母材（低强匹配）。
3, the weld strength is lower than the parent material (low strength matching).
在追求自动化的时代里，焊接成为用途最多的一项技能，而全自动焊机接头的强度就成为一大考验，若焊缝韧性明显降低，则采用低强匹配更为有利。

从结构的安全可靠性考虑，一般都要求焊缝强度至少与母材强度相等，即所谓“等强”设计原则。

但实际生产中，多数是按照熔敷金属强度来选择焊接材料，而熔敷金属强度并非是实际的焊缝强度。

熔敷金属不等同于焊缝金属，特别是低合金高强度钢用焊接材料，其焊缝金属的强度往往比熔敷金属的强度高出许多。

所以，就会出现名义“等强”而实际“超强”的结果。

无论从哪方面来说，焊接头的匹配问题，都应该在具体操作前考虑到，毕竟他关系到工程的正确运行和验收质量问题。
